Jon Williams made my first car-buying experience absolutely wonderful! I had many questions and wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, but Jon was incredibly patient and worked with me for several weeks to make sure I found exactly what I needed/wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable and could answer all of my questions. If I was even somewhat interested in something, he took the time to show me and go through it all. He truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in your decision. I never felt pressured, and I’m so grateful for all of his help throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Jon to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

UPDATE 8/29/26: After my original review, I met with General Manager Ryan Tuttle. Ryan listened to my concerns and genuinely seemed interested in making things right. Lithia agreed to replace the rear brakes, and that work has now been completed. I believe in giving credit when a business corrects a problem, and Lithia ultimately honored the agreement. I appreciate Ryan's involvement and follow-through. My original experience purchasing a vehicle from Lithia Chevrolet GMC of Helena was easily one of the worst dealership experiences I've had. On July 31, I looked at a 2019 Nissan Armada that had not yet been through Lithia's inspection. I took it to DJ's Automotive, which found the vehicle generally sound but said it needed tires and front and rear brakes. I made replacing the tires and brakes a condition of purchase, and they were put on the "We Owe." Because I planned to tow with the Armada, I agreed to pay extra for BFGoodrich KO3 D-rated tires. Instead, Lithia installed cheaper Kelly tires. After considerable back-and-forth, they finally agreed to install the correct tires. Communication throughout the process was terrible. Usually, when you go to a dealership you expect to spend hours on end there Before driving off with your vehicle. Granted I was there for five hours, but it really did not seem like it was. Jennifer made my experience there so much better. When it comes time for my lease to be up, I will definitely go back to Lithia and will definitely work with Jennifer again.

I just purchased a brand new Chevy Trax and Tyler was the man to get it done!! The best service I've ever received when buying a new vehicle! Tyler really went above and beyond to make everything work out for my family with the most kindness and respect! He was extremely understanding, helpful and compassionate with his service!! If you are looking for a down to earth and easy going buying experience this is it! Well worth the trip from Great Falls!! I highly recommend shopping here as this is my go to for here on out! 10 out 5 star if I could rate it that way! Thank you once again!!!!!!

I’ll admit, I came in asking for the world, I had a long list of features, preferences, and budget goals, and somehow, Bret and the team delivered on every single one. He took the time to show me all my options, walked me through every detail, and never once made me feel pressured or rushed. His knowledge and patience made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. In the end, they got me into an incredible truck that checked every box and came with a fantastic deal.
